Came in for scheduled oil change at 73K miles which we did every 5K miles 2021 GMC SIERRA. Left dealership drove 200 miles amd motor blew up? Had to stop in Swainesboro, Ga purchase new vehicle. Will not buy GMC ANYMORE! Had two less than 75K miles on both. 🍋 lemons. The employees at Lake City were courteous. But wonder if employee do something to my motor? Im retired, only drove around town, trip now and then. Trucks should last longer than the GMC mileage. Not a happy customer. Now driving a 226 Chevy Tahoe Premier back home.

We stopped in Lake City on our way to Daytona for the night next morning the car would not start It was a Saturday I was able to call the dealership spoke with Mitch he said he'd try to Get Me Out that day We had it towed there and an hour and a half later we were on our way to Daytona thank you everyone Including the mechanic who I believe stayed late but I forgot his name Very nice man.
Pricing of $199 per “each issue for them to even look at ” is how we were advised we would be charged.
I have never experienced this at any other dealership and it is ridiculous. I repeatedly asked for the tail light to be fixed and it never was. We let that go, but when we picked the truck up and the tire monitor light was still on, we went back inside after picking it up. Absolutely Fantastic customer service. My wife and I are on our way to our honeymoon and we had car troubles. The service manger and technician ( whose names I wish I remembered) Our check engine light came on and we stopped there to get it checked out. They assured us everything was under warranty and we can enjoy our honeymoon. I would recommend this place 10000%. They pretty much saved our trip. They also gave us a ride to get our rental car!

I called late in the week, I was able to make an appointment for a service on Saturday of that week and they were flexible on what time I could come in. I dropped my truck off at noon and it was ready in 45 minutes.

So far all of my experiences with this dealership have been positive. Especially when dealing with service. They are very helpful and professional. Had an issue last oil change and the tech came in and we discussed the issues. I’m very happy with them. My only issue is I bought two trucks in two years and sales nor management never offered me a coffee mug or any bling. That hurt.

So far I've been very impressed with the service side of LCGMC. They get me in quick and take of of my needs. They are very professional and courteous. I wish the Parts Dept. was but I haven't found that to be so. Only had one dealing with them and that went xxxx up. Sales is so so. I bought two trucks from them in two years, you would think I'd at least get a coffee cup from them but no.
Their word is not worth 2 cents. Lie. Lie i will never do business with them ever again.
