Brought my truck here for warranty repairs. Service Manager Nash and Technician James did an excellent job all around. They were both professional, courteous and friendly. Communication with Nash was great, via text and phone. No guess work, no need for me to call about truck, time of repairs, status, etc. This was my first time going to this dealer/service department and it was a great experience. I'll go back in the future. Recommended!

I always get there by 7:30 or so on a Saturday morning. I am not always the 1st one there, could be the 3rd or 4th. Everyone is awesome on getting you in and out! I usually work with Manny. Manny was my service advisor for my Ram 1500. This guy oozes customer service at the highest point. Very professional and got my vehicle done without trying to sell me extra services. This dealership is a solid 30 minute driver where Seminole Dodge Chrysler Jeep is 10 minutes away. That dealership is the most corrupt unprofessional group of people you will ever find. Deland Dodge is worth the extra drive 100 times over. Thank you Manny!

Sales person was very good. The whole process of buying a car is exhausting. It is not dealer specific and there is no reason it should be done this way. The enjoyable part is when you are finally finished and drive away in your new vehicle.

Mason and Garrett were very kind. You do need a second finance officer. The vehicle I purchased was not clean when we got in it to drive home at 7:15 pm. That was very, very disappointing. I was told earlier in the day it would be cleaned and have a full tank. The tank was full, but the truck had a thick coat of dust and pollen, the interior needed to be vacuumed also. Mason said I could come over and get a detail done for free. Which I intend to do very soon.

My husband just got an oil change (for our DODGE van which was bought there in 2015). He purchased a new vehicle too. It’s a 2024 Toyota rav4 xle; we’ve been watching the market for a few months. So we jumped on it immediately! We appreciate the customer service in general. Matt was a great help when we were searching and Riley was a wonderful sales person. He was easygoing, honest, and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them and this location again.

Buying a new vehicle for the first time is an intimidating experience, and I went in there thinking I could trust them, with it being a small town dealership. I have always had Fords until this truck. Alway got my work done at the Ford dealer. Always got the tires rotated when I got as oil change, I always got the Works Service which included oil change, check all the fluid levels and tire rotation. I had to pay extra because my car a 2019 Mustang GT took extra oil. So it cost about $70. I have a Lifetime Maintenance Card from Lake City GMC and I used the Manager special to get an oil change and a tire rotation. and ended up paying $100. Only $30 more but not really take out ...
